M7 appoints New Head of Transactions – Spain

M7 Real Estate («M7»), the pan-European investor and asset manager, is pleased to announce the appointment of Marina Breda as Head of Transactions – Spain. In this key role, Marina will spearhead the firm’s transaction activities across Spain, focusing on strategic acquisitions and driving value for investors. Marina’s appointment is in line with M7’s ambition to expand its operations in Spain, leveraging its proven track record and expertise in the industrial and logistics sectors to capitalise on the growing opportunities in the market.

In her 11 year career, Marina has gained extensive experience in asset management and acquisitions, bringing a wealth of knowledge to M7, having worked across all types of commercial real estate assets, with a particular expertise in offices and logistics. She joins from SEGRO where she was responsible for logistics acquisitions, land operations and development.  Prior to this she spent five years at Spanish Meridia Capital, a leading alternative investment fund manager investing in private markets in Spain, where she was responsible for managing a diversified portfolio of Spanish real estate assets, primarily in Barcelona and Madrid.  Marina started her professional career at JLL, where she specialised in offices.

Marina will be responsible for executing M7’s acquisition strategies and managing key transactions across Spain, further cementing M7’s position as a market-leading investor in Europe.
