Frankfurt, 6 November 2017 – M7 Real Estate (M7), the pan-European investor and asset manager specialising in the regional multi-let real estate market, announces that it is further expanding its presence in Germany with the opening of an office in Hanover, its fifth in the country. Harriet Ziegler has been appointed to head up the new Hanover office and to oversee the management of the Onyx portfolio in northern Germany, M7's joint venture with Blackstone. Harriet’s role included the acquisition, operational asset management and the sale of individual commercial properties for clients including both UK and US private equity companies and banks. Earlier in her career, Harriet held positions managing a local office for Hochtief in Cologne and leading a property management team for JLL in Frankfurt. Alyssa Huse, Managing Director of M7 in Germany, commented: “The opening of an office in Hanover further strengthens our already sizeable presence in the German market, which is a strategically important market for M7. Around a quarter of M7’s total portfolio is located in Germany where the real estate market continues to deliver a robust performance. I look forward to working with Harriet as we continue to grow our footprint.”
