M7 Real Estate secures four lettings at Brotherswood Court, Gloucestershire

London, 25 October 2017 – M7 Real Estate (“M7”), the pan European investor and asset manager, announces that it has secured four new lettings or lease renewals, totalling 25,274 sq ft, at Brotherswood Court in Almondsbury, Gloucestershire. The office asset, which comprises 61,000 sq ft of high quality office accommodation across eight buildings, is now 85% let, up from 70.9% on M7’s acquisition of the property in March 2016.

Flexible workspace provider, Regus have taken 13,621 sq ft in Redwood House, which is now fully occupied, on a 10 year lease, while air-conditioning and fluorochemicals business, Daikin has agreed a 10 year long term lease at Maple House for 6,027 sq ft.

Conveying and storage specialist, Schade Lagertechnik, has extended to take the whole of the first floor at Willow House, totalling 2,982 sq ft, thereby doubling the amount of space it currently occupies at the property. In addition, a lease extension has been agreed with Opus Land, which has 2,644 sq ft .

Cedar House (5,993 sq ft) and Laurel House (3,876 sq ft) are available either for lease or individual sale.

Brotherswood Court is a collection of three former farm properties that were redeveloped in the 1990s into the eight office buildings currently on the site. The unique architecture and proximity to the M4 and M5, as well as the on-site restaurant, make Brotherswood Court an attractive alternative to more traditional office parks in the area.
