M7 Real Estate Netherlands B.V. fully lets Berchvliet/Sierenborch in Amsterdam

Amsterdam, 16 June 2017 – M7 Real Estate Netherlands B.V. has completed three leases at Berchvliet 3-13/Sierenborch 14 in Amsterdam at the Pitstop complex, on behalf of its fund M7 EREIP IV. This has resulted in the asset becoming fully let.

The Fund has owned the asset comprising 6,000 sq m since November 2016. The construction of Hornbach’s flagship retail store at the adjacent site has seen an increase in interest in the area and the Pitstop complex has correspondingly benefited. The asset is well located with easy access from the A10 and A5 ring roads and it also provides free parking.

Het IJzerhuis, a wholesaler in tools, iron and metal ware, has leased approximately 763 sq m of warehouse space at Berchvliet 7ABC.

Laminaat en parket.nl has leased approximately 505 sq m of retail space. This wholesaler and retailer in floor coverings and related products now occupies Berchvliet 11C-13A.

Decoline, a wholesaler in home textile, curtain fabrics and carpeted floors, has leased approximately 508 sq m of warehouse space for 10 years at Sierenborch 14FG.

These lease transactions have been closed by M7 Real Estate in collaboration with Blaauwhof makelaars.
