M7 Real Estate lets 10,500 sq m of logistics and warehouse space

Frankfurt, 2 August 2017 – M7 Real Estate (M7), the pan-European investor and asset manager specialising in the regional, multi-let real estate market, has advised its joint venture with Starwood Capital, MStar Europe, on the long-term letting of around 10,500 sq m of warehouse and logistics space with three new lettings.

The express beverage delivery company "Flaschenpost" has taken almost 8,500 sq m of warehouse space in Köhlstrasse 8 in Cologne. The property, dating from 1972 and extended in 1989, has a total lettable area of circa 38,100 sq m and is now fully let. Greif & Contzen brokered this transaction.

Winland, a haulage firm, has signed two leases in Ratingen, near Dusseldorf. The first secures around 1,000 sq m of logistics space in Harkortstrasse 12-32. The property, constructed in 1975 has a lettable area of 15,000 sq m, around 85% of which is production/warehouse space, and is now around 99% let.

Winland is also taking over a 1,000 sq m warehouse unit in the AircomPark, at Halskestrasse 22-24. AircomPark has a total lettable area of almost 26,000 sq m, which comprises 21,300 sq m of production/warehouse space and 4,400 sq m of offices. The asset is now 92% let.

M7 Real Estate manages 189 properties in Germany, with a total floor area exceeding 6.7 million sq m and an investment volume of circa €1.4 billion.

M7 purchases €142.9 million of Dutch assets for M7 EREIP IV

London, 27 September 2017 - M7 Real Estate, the pan European investor and asset manager, announces that it has invested a further €142.9 million in 34 office assets throughout the Netherlands on behalf of M7 European Real Estate Investment Partners IV (“M7 EREIP IV” or the “Fund”).
